Installation Engineers & Technicians
Installation engineers and technicians are trained and approved by our suppliers; Panasonic, Siemens, NEC and LG. We also supply network installation engineers for cabling and provide our own PC support team for CTI projects. Installations can be arranged for evenings or weekend where downtime or business interruption needs to be avoided.

Maintenance & Support
Our teams of maintenance and support engineers are there to ensure continuation of service post installation. The majority of modern systems installed allow for remote diagnostics that more often than not means maintenance issues can be resolved instantly. A more comprehensive support package is also provided with the emphasis on 24/7 service levels. Automatic software upgrades are provided as part of any standard maintenance agreement.
